Meghan Berindean, DM

Praised for her glorious tone & dazzling technique, cellist Meghan Berindean has built a reputation as an engaging performer and a sought-after teacher.

She has been featured in solo performances with the Gateway Chamber Orchestra, Northerntier Symphony Orchestra, Austin Peay State University Symphony Orchestra, and Florida State University Symphony Orchestra. Berindean appears frequently in chamber recitals across Tennessee, as well as in Ohio, Michigan, and Missouri. She is principal cello of Gateway Chamber Orchestra and Paducah Symphony Orchestra, and is Associate Professor of Music at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. Berindean received her degrees from Penn State University, The Cleveland Institute of Music, and Florida State University.
